Prepaid Cingular Phone In Guam?

Ok so I have a prepaid Cingular phone that I bought in Nevada. I will be going to Guam for a couple of months. My mom will be buying me prepaid phone cards from Nevada so that I can refill my phone while I am over in Guam. Since Guam is parts of the United States it does not cost extra to call over there from here using my Cingular phone.

My question is if I take my phone over there will it work?
