Thread: PAYPAL / EBAY No [email protected] never sent items.?

I am a HUGE Ebay Purchaser. I have never had a problem until now and I am disappointed in Paypal Especially, Don't beleive their Money Back Guarantee Line, cause it doesn't work. ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Purchased a Cute Pair of Shoes from a Seller that stated they were going Out Of Business. Selllers Email Address that Ripped Me Off: [email protected]. Well Items Purchased Back in October 2008. I live in Hawaii so sometimes it takes 30 days for items to reach me, wasn't worried. I contacted seller after a week, no response. Contacted Seller 3 weeks after purchase, no response, a month later. Nothing. I contact PAYPAL and they said to much time has gone by, SORRY. * Excuse Me!* They refuse to help me out. I am out a pair of Heels and Money. I contacted Ebay but they say contact PayPal. Pathetic. For being such a dedicated member, their service is not up to PAR. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

There is an option to make a dispute with a seller on e-bay and on paypall.

I did it once with a tee shirt. 3 months went by and still no shirt, so i made a dispute and the seller was mad at me because they were waiting for more orders to print the shirts. They never told me that, and I said that they should have, ended the dispute and got my shirt.

It should be no problem getting your money back since you used paypal...ALWAYS USE PAYPAL
