well i did not drop it, or even get water on this phone and its like not working that well. if someone calls me and i answer, i cant hear them unless i put them on speaker phone but i cant do that all the time! so please someone help me. i turned it off many times and took out the battery and sim card and cleaned it.. youd be my hero if you helped me
