My dad got new sbc.att.com internet serv. but can't get him on the net. please tell
me what I need to do? For over a month now, my father has got a new email address and internet service and can't get online. I have tried and reset and called with no results. I believe he's got it set up physically but maybe not set up right on the computer. what do I need to do?
