my phone keeps shutting off, ive had it for about 2yrs now and ive dropped it a few times, but everytime i try to call someone or vice-versa it shuts off,and it only works when its FULLY charged or in the charger. can someone please tell me why its doing this?

Maybe it can be battery you have had for two years .also it can be malfunctioning cause you have dropto many times. you may be due for an upgrade get new phone.
