Call Cingular (now AT&T) and get them to unlock the phone. There's nothing inherently in the phone that has anything to do with T-Mobile. Cingular has a subsidy lock on their phones, and we can't put them on our network until they're unlocked properly. T-Mobile CANNOT unlock it for you, much as we'd like to.
