iphone or att quickfire and itouch?

For christmas i have two options: the iphone or the att quickfire and the itouch.
i'm paying for approximatly $75 which is fine with me either way. i like the qwerty keyboard on the quickfire but i like only having to carry one device. I don't text all the time but i do a fair amount. im almost 14 but im not sure if i need a iphone, but whats the difference between an itouch that u cant call with and a phone, or and iphone and no extra device?

I have the ipod touch and am getting the quickfire. I dont like the iphone, i hate texting on the screen. The quickfire's only problem is that the touch screen dosnt always work perfectly. I'd say that your best choice is the two, plus, if one gets lost or stolen, you've always got the other =]

the difference between the itouch and iphone is you can call with the iphone and the itouch you cant call.
