iPhone 3G Price for existing ATT member?

Im already an ATT member. I have a shine and want to get the iPhone. How much is it a month? I'm on a family plan.

It's going to cost $400 to upgrade, and the plans start at $60 bucks a month, for 450 mins, and 5000 night, and weekends.
