posible to just get a one year contract? I want to ge ta new phone every year, cuz two years is just to long for me.

yes, it used to be easier to get that (a year ago) but now sales reps make less money and thus are less interested in helping a customer. Best way to do it, is to buy the phone on ebay or craigslist, that way you are most likely going to pay the 2 year price without the contract at all!, once in the store tell them you want to activate your phone with a cingular sim (in case you dont have the service already) otherwise just ad ur sim to the phone and you are done.

As far as getting the phone in the store, there is 1 year pricings which is usuually 50 more than 2 year, if you are a new costumer (from a different provider) try to hussle the reps, when ever there is a commission involved, theres room for negotiation

its a little secret kept by the salesppl .. u can get the 1 year ...but salesppl will try to deny it as that means less commsion for them

call cingular . or go to coroporate store .. retail stores will not give u 1 year ..
