I just ported my ATT number to verizon. I got the phone in the mail followed...
...the promps, not working? Hi anyone with experience, please help! i wanted to keep my old number , verizon said they would port. I received phone and instructions and followed the prompts to activate the phone. Now my old phone isnt working and when people call me it says
"Thank you for calling verizon wireless, the person you are trying to reach has changed numbers.." something like that.
Does that mean the porting process is not done. ?? What should i do?
