...be used on att network?
if so can anyone recoment an unlocking tool or instructions to do it. att and us cellular are not related and never merged so i dont know what that one asnwer is talking about. thanks for any help

Yes it can be used on att, cingular and ATT merged so the phones work on each others network.

Most likely it will have to be unlocked for it to work on whatever network you want. Otherwise, you must use it on the same network provider that it was sold on.
