you need to contact ATT, your internet (medianet) access may not be turned on. If you cannot get onto the medianet then that is the problem. the medianet is used to transport the photos and video part of your message, there is no extra charge for this transport but has to be runed on to work right.
if you can geton medianet- then you need them to help you program you phone setting correctly. call them on another phone or they cannot troubleshoot.
