I have ATT for my cellphone service and i recently broke the camera lence of my RAZR
V3XX...? I have insurance on my phone in case that something happens which means that i can get a new one, does any one know if i can go to the ATT store and receive a different phone or "do i have to call and get the same phone again (what im supposed to do)"
You need to call customer service. They will replace you V3xx, and since that phone is in stock and still being sold you will not get to choose a different phone, you will only get the same one.
