HOW TO VIEW PICTURE MESSAGES ON at&t\CINGULAR?

my friend sent me a mms and i just took off my media net or whatever and it doesn't give me no link to see it,it just says unable to connect.

so i was wondering is there a way to view it online at cingular.com or something or am i just out of luck?
