how do you send pictures to your email the ATT tilt?

i cant figure out how to send a picture to my email on the Tilt, i just got the phone two days ago. sooo i need help please

when you go to send a picture instead of typing in a phone number type in an email address and it should send it. There is another way to send a picture as well by composing an email and attaching a picture to it. if you have any other questions email me... bevesmail@yahoo.com
