How do I unlock my cingular pantech phone?

I was exploreing options on the setting of my phone and ame to a section where i could enable or disabe the PIN1. Now im locked out and it will only let me make emergency calls and its asking to insert my sim card, and I know its already in there! HELP!!!!!
