How do I setup email for a Cingular unlocked HTC Cingular 8525 Hermes Quad Band

GSM Pocket PC Phone ? I have tmobile carrier added email to my plan, but with the unlocked cingular htc, is it still possible to get email on it? and how? I tried hooking it up the way they said, with a new connection, but it automatically tries to hook up to cingulars isp, how do i change that?
