Thread: Help with transferring files from phone to computer, please (cingular)?

I have a Razr, and i've been trying for awhile now to get pictures from the phone to my computer. I know that is normally incredibly easy, but texting is disabled on my phone (went way over the bill, oops) so I can't just send it to my email. I've tried Bluetooth like 43543543 times and I guess my phone can only receive files.

also, I don't have any computer to phone connection cable that I know of.. so, is there any any ANY possible way?

usually you need a usb cord i know sometimes it can be expensive or so but that's how i transfer my music/pic's/vids from my computer since you say you cant text usb it only choice

Yeah, you need a USB cable. Look for a USB mini "B" connector. It's a very popular cable that many devices use. You could go to a video game store and buy one for a PSP for about $10.
I think you'll have trouble getting the computer to recognize the phone though. Have you heard of Mobile Phone Tools? It's a program to do just this with a motorola phone. Check it out here:http://direct.motorola.com/ens/MPT/MPT_home.asp?country=USA&language=ENS
It's pretty cool. You can even create your own ringtones and stuff.
