now my brother had a unpaid cellphone bill thats in her name about 400-600 dollars owed she will only get me a cellphone from att because she only likes att so do you think if she is willing to get service again with them will they forget the bill so like make a deal with them please tell me some honest answers she likes verizon too but doesn't want them again she hates tmobile and sprint please give a good answer.

Very slim chance, companies just don't "forget" that you didn't pay them, especially such a large amount of money. They will see she was default on the past account.

No they are not going to just "forget" it.

Not only is it going to effect her credit if she doesnt pay the bill, she wont ever be able to get an AT&T plan unless she pays them off. Also, if you go to get another carrier and they find out about the unpaid bill (or run her credit and its been ruined by the bill) she is going to have to put a huge deposit down.

The best thing to do would be to pay off the bill and go from there.
