I have a ocean right now im thinking about getting the cingular tilt which one is better....
Im about to buy a phone from cingular.com ima get a tilt and i must buy a contract.Can i just buy it and never pay the bill because i already have a SIM card that is cingular and is currently activate will the phone still work with the SIM card i have and will i be charged for not paying my bill for the Decoy Sim card..
