i have a razor, and i always never had a problem with downloading my ringtones. but out of nowhere, when i buy a ringtone and it starts to download onto my phone.. it's supposed to play after it is completed downloading.. it doesnt do that anymore. so then i go to my ringtones and my ringtone wont be there?! i keep buying them and there not on my phone.. im just wasting money but i want to fix this.. i do have freee space left on my phone.. so its not that. anyone know what too do?

i think should contact cingular / AT&T so that you don't get charged all the time.
One thing to consider is that the razor holds very little internal memory

your second alternative is to make them for free,
and then download them to your phone with the site

Call up AT&T and tell them that they are charging for the same ringtone over and over again. I had faced the same problem, but I was able to talk a customer rep and was able to get the money back.

The other thing, which you can do is that is try reseting your phone. You can do Master Reset and that will clear everything from your phone and you start from scratch.

Warning: Master Reset will erase everything from your phone!! (even contacts)

Turn phone on: middle button > 1x down > select > 5x down > select > 2x up > select > enter pin (6 zeros if you don't know it) > select > top left key
