cingular roaming family plan in guam caling from california?
Hello i was wondering about roaming for cingular my friend went to guam all summer long and i want to call her while shes out there and her mom said that if you have a family talk plan its free to call out there but her mom isnt calling on her cell phone shes calling on her aunts house phone and i do have a family talk plan but i realy dont know what that would have to do with roaming and her aunt i know also isnt on her family talk plan either but if so is the true that if you have a family talk plan you can call long distance for free on a cell phone?
