Cingular Razr texting problem??? SMS/MMS???

Ok so my phone is nuts. It just switched from SMS {{ususal texting}} to MMS {{multi-media}}. Well my friends can't recieve MMS texts mostly. I know i fixed it once before but I can't seem to now. HELP???
I dont wanna call the Cingular place cause they never help me.
