Cingular 8125 Wifi? Cingular GSRS ?

hey sometimes my phone says connected to "Cingular GSRS" does that mean it's connected to wifi or like the satellite . costing me money?

yeah i no cingular is not at&t but the phone is still cingular but still works with my AT&t sim card
