Cell phone bill for cingular out of control!? how do I take charge!?
The cell phone bill just keeps getting higher and higher! Sometimes my kids go over minutes or texts, but a lot of it is these extra "usage" charges and government "taxes and fees". I feel like the plan they put us on [family plan-9.99 for each add phone plus 59.99] isnt right. Am I being jiped money? A lot of the bill I just don't understand because it doesnt clearly state what I am being charged for after overages and things like that... please help! can I get out of this mess? Is there a better network? The bill is now up to like 800.00 just this month for only 3 phones!! Help!!!!
