Att powered by Yahoo and Outlook 2003?

Ever since I "switched" I have been having major problems sending and receiving emails through Outlook 2003. I have spent HOURS on the phone and am now relegated to using my email online because no one on the help line can help me - I need someone higher up - any suggestions?
