Any Good, Cheap AT&T Cingular Cellphone?

OK So I'm getting my first cellphone soon and I'm wondering if there is a good phone with a camera, music, 3g maybe, and maybe even a full keyboard for under $50. I'm not buying it online so if it says Online Discount it won't work. Hope You Guys Can Help!
