What is the "DEFAULT VST" charge on my T-mobile phone bill for $1.21?
aslo there is a "Regulatory Programs Fee" for $2.42

The regulatory programs fee is 1.21 per line per month. it's a fee that tmobile charges to recover the cost for government mandated programs like number pooling, number portability, and enhanced 911.
