tmobile prepaid voicemail set up problems?

I am having trouble with setting up my voicemail on my tmobile prepaid phone when I go to voicemail I get two options enter my ten digit number or enter someome elses number and leave them a message. When I enter my ten digit number it says sorry that voicemail box is invalid
