T-mobile SideKick users get 1 credit month free?

For the past couple of days my sidekick has been acting weird..and I had lost all of my cantact,bookmarks and other stuff..and I received a text I guess from the company saying that they were sorry, and tmobile sidekick users get 1 month credit of service free...is this true??
