Hey guys, apparently there is a phone i ordered last week being shipped from UPS, but i have cancelled my upgrade already on Monday. I wanted the Samsung S4, a.s.a.p. and found a local T-mobile store that had plenty of it. I went to the store and asked if they could cancel my shipment and get it there. They had gladly done that. However now i am being charged for that phone that i cancelled and is being shipped to my house. I called costumer service and they told me that i have to mail it back and such to get my funds back. UGH is there any faster way?

P.S. They also told me that the store will not take it back :/
