My T-mobile Dash has malfunctioned after I was downloading some software for it. It froze so I tried to turn it off and that didn't work. I took out the battery and put it back in, which I have done before, and now it won't power on. I have tried some resets to power on but none work. I bought my phone off of Ebay a while ago. If I contact T-Mobile about replacing my phone will I be able to get a replacement even if I didn't buy the phone directly from them?
