T-Mobile FlexPay Plans/Bill Statements ?

Okay..
I am about to order my T-Mobile FlexPay phone/plan, and I had a few questions I tried to call the number they gave me...but of course....No Answer !

Anyways I was wondering if since with FlexPay you have to pay for your services first, will I receive my phone(ordered it off website), will I be charged first months bill RIGHT AWAY?

Why do I have to pay full retail price of the phone?

What is the FlexPay account where I can refill minutes with prepaid phone cards?

I DO NOT want prepaid ANYMORE, so why am I having to use those phone cards to put in that "account"....Is that for like ringtones and stuff

Any help is greatly appreciated
