T-mobile: Change cellphone number?
Is there a policy or anything that lets you change the cellphone number for free within two weeks of purchase or something like that?
Actually, I just added a new phone number into my family plan for my sister but we just found out today that this phone once belonged to a sex offender. My sister is 12 and she just got a voice mail from the probation officer letting the previous owner know that they have to contact their probation officer and pay for something, I don't know what...plus, she's been receiving inappropriate pictures in the text messaging...
I know that there's a fee of $15 for a number change but is there a policy that will let us do this for free?
