have a friend who says he was out of town on business and stepped on his cell phone T-mobile (not prepaid plan) he claims he purchased a
T mobile brand cell phone at discount electronics retailer that was for a "prepaid" plan inserted his sim card from the broken phone and it worked . is this possible?
