My dad is seriously considering moving to T Mobile and getting a family plan with my mom and I. He has 2 concerns: 1) The T Mobile Smartphones are expensive and he doesn't want to get on a payment plan. 2) He wants calling to Mexico including non-residential phones (cell phones in Mexico). Please help, thank you!
