The audio for Windows Media on my T-Mobile Dash isn't working...what can I do...
...to fix it? Can I fix it? I've had this phone for about half a year. The audio for Windows Media (and other basic things like selecting a sound for your ring tone in your system settings) suddenly doesn't work, however, the phone will still ring when someone calls. I don't know what the problem is. It's been like this for a good month or so. No, I have not dropped my phone a thousand times, or jumped into a pool with it, or accidentally thrown it in the wash.
