please help, i have used up all of my allowance but still have days left on my dongle so at the minute im stuck with the fair usage. so i cant download etc.. 4 till 12 is just web surfing. but i topped up my account with £7 as i cant wait till the rest of my days run out to get some more allowance but usually when you have completely ran out you get directed to the packages page where u select whether you want 7 days for £7 or 30 days for £15 etc... i tryed talking to someone one t-moble live chat and i was sent to the usa live chat but cant find a uk one. does anyone know how i can buy another package as i dont want to have to wait untill the rest of my days have run out. i hope this makes sense and someone can help me soon
