no way , u cant , symbian have .sis format apps , and java have .jar ! , u cant even compare a smartphone with only java ! , get nokia 5233 - very cheaper in price and have symbian os !

u can if ur phone runs both symbian and java, and yes, they do exist, my past 2 phones did, they were e series nokias.
