my phone is rooted and and is already running symbian anna 7.5 but when i am browsing the symbiantweet website they have released symbian belle os for nokia 5800 so could anyonne please tell me how to install it on my phone.

I don't think thats possible. There is no official update. Even if you find a CFW that won't be like Belle completely
