I start training soon. Im gonna train in Regular submission wrestling, Greco wrestleing, Muay Tai, and kickboxing. Im pretty sure this would be good for training for MMA, but i'd like some opinions :]
All that training will help but better yet just sit down,eat a hogie and watch some girls mud wrestle. But honestly you need to learn some Brazilian jijuitsu to be a complete mma fighter.
