What are some fashion don'ts for a man in his 30s?

Is it ok to still wear sports jerseys? hat backwards? or Jordans? what would be acceptable times to wear these?

I am turning 30 soon, and I don't worry about fashion. Wear what is comfortable and to hell with anyone who doesn't like it.
