Okay,I am African American,and I am mixed with Japanese,White,and Native American.I don't know what styles I should get done to my hair to make me look my age.(I'm married,23 with twins,and another on the way.)Here is how my hair looks sometimes,I usually cut it ,should I let it grow?what do YOU think?Thanks

Hm, I think maybe a cut right above the shoulders. Perhaps it could be shorter in the back and longer in the front, straight and silky.
