My suggestion is 1801L. The concept is great, the places are nice.
It is downtown, easy walking access to local business and close to Light Rail.

What are good hip/urban/modern places to live in midtown/downtown...
...Saramento? I am looking to rent.? I am looking at Alchemy at R street, 1801L, 800J, Fremont Mews, Capitol Towers, and Globe Mills. If any of you have any information on any of these it would be greatly appreciated!!

Capitol Towers is not a bad place.
I have some friends that live there. They have a very nice pool area.
But anywhere downtown is nice. I am thinking of moving there myself.
