Thread: Sims 2 Help: Hair Styles + Cloths?

I have the game sims 2 and I have seen videos and such lately saying Sims 2 and they have different hair styles and such. Is it a patch I missed or do they get it wrong?
Btw: I use a mac if it has a difference.

No Expansions

It all depends on what expansion packs you have and what expansion packs were used for the video.

Each expansion pack comes with new hairstyles and new clothes to suit the style of the expansion game. Also you can get stuff packs that aren't an expansion but they are just more 'stuff' - hair, clothes and furniture.

So whatever hairstyles and clothes you don't have are probably on the expansion and stuff packs that you don't have.

There are also custom hairstyles and clothes made by other simmers. These can be found and downloaded for free via 'the exchange' found on the sims 2 website.
