Profits/mark ups on fashion labels for boutique?

I am looking to open a fashion boutique in a fashionable area of the major city I live in. Before I start approaching labels and designers I would be interested to know the profits I could make on mid range designer labels, such as 7 for all Mankind jeans; Full Circle etc.
Also, what commission would be realistic for sale or return items from new designers?
This could help me with my business plan. Thanks
