I heard that UKIP (in a debate) want to implement a US style penal system, have prisons for profit, build more of them and have a lot more Custodial Sentences so we could be sent behind bars for things like basic drug possession.

If they do they've got my vote. I'm sick of scumbags getting a slap on the wrist.
Burglars with numerous convictions avoiding prison. Violence getting "community service".
I don't have a problem with "Behave or go to gaol and gaol will be tough".
