Thread: Is it possible to make my top into a dress? Fashion-HELP?

I recently brought a top/dress from topshop well i think its a long vest top but because im short it is practicly a dress.
Its very see-threw and i dont have THE best firgure in the world. I can wear a vert top and leggings underneath but instead i was wondering do u think its possible to turn it into a bit of a buffball dress...say buy a long black best top and then hem them together at the end?
Do you think its possible?
