I've been trying with Microsoft, Toshiba, and Trend Micro. It's not malware since microsoft did a 4 hour scan and did alot of fixing on my cp, but guess what? It's still there! It changes services(shuts them on and off ) and puts thing like pics in zip files and cookies. I finally got my pictures back, although I was told by a microsoft tech, who came in from his end and saved them to disk. It saved my screen savers in my media player. I tried again to delete it after the scan, but could not. It doesn't show up as a program and it's driving me crazy. I can change the settings to something silly instead of images, like something I'd never use. Someone with real computer knowledge please help. Oh, did I say If I try to delete a part of it it copies itself back again. It Expired 1 1/2 years ago.
Please read carefully. It was a trial version. It's in my hard drive. It's not malware. I have Norton Antivirus and it zips my files.
Thanks,,
