well, she has a ton of extensions obviously.
so hit up sallys, and get you some (:
hairspray is a must, straighen your hair, take the hair spray and spray it all over, take a brush and brush it through. and straighten over it so the desired way you want your hair to lay. take youro hands, and scrunch your hair upwards to make the poofy look. its not real hard (:
